We are very proud of our heavy duty soft closing drawer slides, M32403. It is made of Q235 material, and most of our competitors use Q195 material, which makes our slides is much stronger. And also we use better ball(100grade hardness), better plastic parts(TPR, POM, PA6 according to different part), so that our slides has outstanding performance. The slides can be side mounted, or bottom mounted, can be full extension, or with 1” over travel.

The slides is stamped by automatic machine, and with very precise structure, that is why our slides could have very quiet, smooth movement. The pulling out force is just 26-28N. The loading capacity could reach 35kgs with 1.0/1.0/1.2mm thickness material, and 45kgs with 1.2/1.2/1.4mm thickness material. And the life span is super long, if tested under BIFMA standard, the life span could reach 80,000cycles. Even under most strict Intertek test, it could reach 50000cycles under extra loading capacity of 45kgs for 1.0mm thickness.
The soft closing fittings is made of Duracom POM. Our standard color is dark green, and with brass soft closing damper, it looks quite elegant. And the soft closing travel is quite long, about 45mm. The color can be customized.
