System  Description

Solid primer is recommended for using with only Xunda pipe coating system .The solid primer consists of butyl based elastomers blended with polymeric resins. It should be dissolved in an organic solvent before apply and fast drying .

Because of the liquid primer is flammable and it is transportation banned , but solid primer without these problem.

Solid primer is not only environmentally clean, but also highly effective in protecting against corrosion .

Product  Composition

The solid primer consists of butyl rubber and synthetic compound. 

Product  Usage

Before we dissolve the solid primer, we should confirm our liquid primer solid content ,  take the solid content 20% for example , put 20kg solid primer into 80kg organic solvent , and blend the it until all solid primer is dissolved.

The automatic blending machine and small pieces of solid primer will improve the performance and save time.
